STOWE MOUNTAIN RESORT'S 36 HOLES OF PREMIUM GOLF
Stowe Country Club The Stowe Country Club offers players a tour through the rich history of golf in Vermont . Located on a turn-of-the-century dairy farm, its clubhouse residing in the original brick farmhouse, this 6,200-yard layout will test the skill of any player.
The 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains, the long temperate summer days, and the feeling that everything is going your way makes each shot a memory to cherish.
This is also the home of the Vermont Golf Academy , which offers a variety of instructional sessions designed to polish every aspect of your game.
Stowe Mountain Golf Club This is the course that has caught the attention of the golfing world. Stowe Mountain Golf Club, recognized by Golf Magazine as one of the “Top 10 new courses you can play,” meanders along the slopes of Mount Mansfield and Spruce Peak , reaching an elevation of more than 1,800 feet.
It is this dramatic setting that has caused course designer Bob Cupp to remark, “Once every few decades, a spectacular sight for golf appears. Such is the case at the foot of Mount Mansfield in Vermont. There may be no finer collection of short par fours anywhere in America.”
Welcome to a golf experience as spectacular as its setting.

ABOUT STOWE MOUNTAIN VERMONT SKI RESORT
People: Our company culture focuses on respecting each other and our environment. Our aspirations encourage life-enhancing experiences and ensure the sustainability of our company. Combining these principles and goals gives us pride, purpose and opportunity.
As a group, we strive to make our resort a rewarding place to work. Individually, we aspire to communicate openly and often, supporting an environment of sensitivity and trust.
Sharing our passions and the mountain culture creates the energy to reach others in a meaningful way. Being a member of Stowe Mountain Resort provides each of us the opportunity to define who we are.
History: Our preeminent position in the resort industry is upheld by constantly striving to exceed the needs of skiers and snowboarders, while carefully protecting the natural heritage of our surroundings. Honoring this challenge has shaped the unique philosophy of our culture, community and company. This way of life has been handed down for generations.
Place: Mount Mansfield is both a protective barrier and a celebrated attribute of the Stowe community. Its distinctiveness and mass grant us an earthly sense of proportion. Our mountain evokes a spectrum of emotions from fear to bravery, awe to serenity, and spirituality to awareness of self.
Each of the trails at Stowe Mountain Resort offers a unique experience - hence "The Great 48." Because no two trails are alike, individualism and self-expression awaken within those who explore the mountain's character. The mythology and magnetism of Stowe are the inspiration that continues to bring the community at large to this special place.
Energy: The natural forces that exist on our mountain in Vermont are invigorating and powerful. To lift one's spirit by simply and silently looking around is inspiring. Making a dynamic connection with the natural world is momentous. Our energy is derived from our sense of place, passions and culture. This environment in which we live and work instills life-affirming values.
